Kangen Water and Weight Loss
My wife and I have been drinking Kangen water for three months now. In the first two weeks, we each had lost about 5 pounds. The most amazing thing was that our muscles were visibly more toned! Drinking Kangen water, along with a nutritious diet and moderate exercise, has actually sped up our weight loss.

On my first week drinking 8.0 Kangen water I experienced a noticeable increase in energy as my body responded positively and happily to not having to work so hard to buffer my system’s acidity. In the second week I began noticing the midsection roll getting smaller day by day…by the end of the third week, the fat loss was so significant ( all over my body) that I weighed… six pounds slid off in just three weeks, and I actually dropped below a plateau that I had been trying to get below for the last 13 years….unsuccessfully, till now. The only other thing I did differently was to up my water intake slightly. I took in about 2 glasses more Kangen then my previous consumption of 5 to 6 glasses of water a day. I’ve tried every diet and exercise program, in vain…I believe that as my body became reassured that I would continue providing it an “exit strategy” for the toxic load being stored in those fat cells, it gladly gave it away! Muscle tone is increasing as I now am rid of the lactic acid from exercise in a day instead of three days as before the Kangen came into my life…so now I can exercise more, and am excited to see the changes continue! My business associate went from a size 16 to a loosely fitting size 12 in the same three weeks. We are both thrilled!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Please keep us posted on your progress! Juan and I have both lost weight, as well. I’m amazed that the extra skin I would pinch on my back is gone. I haven’t been doing anything too different from before, except drink this water. There is one thing, actually — since drinking this water, I’ve begun to pay attention to what my body is telling me, and I am responding. My food cravings have actually changed, and I am naturally changing my diet to more raw foods. (Should we start a recipe section?) I don’t want to call it a diet, because that’s more a passing thing and I could never keep one anyway. I think more about how my body will feel if I eat a certain food. And I make smarter eating choices — I want to allow this water to help me, not fight a losing battle.

About a couple of months ago, I was introduced to Kangen water by listening to an early morning local radio program in Los Angeles. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes 5 years ago. I’ve been drinking the water for 6 weeks now and not only did I lose weight (now a svelte size 12!), my skin’s been clearing up and the painful lumps under my arms are gone! Even the recurring boils (part of having Diabetes) have stopped. Also, I noticed I’m not as tired and drained as I used to be; my blood sugar is down and I have more energy and alertness. I still have a ways to go, but I know I’ll continue with the Kangen water. It may cost a little more than regular bottled water, but it’s well worth it. I highly recommend it!
Can Kangen Water be taken by people who are currently on dialysis and if so do you know of any testimonies of people being helped or healed. I am asking because I know several people who are on dialysis and I would love to be able to help them with Kangen Water

I started drinking kangen 9.5 ph on november 2007 i weighed in at about 421 pounds. now in june 19 2007 i weighed in at 387. the kangen water helped me lose more weight at a plateau. at my largest weight i weighed 500 pounds and drank kangen on and off. kangen has saved my life and cleared my eczema
