Preventing Food Poisoning

Did you know that Strong Acidic water produced by Enagic’s Kangen Water units will kill harmful bacteria on food, as well as on kitchen surfaces? Kangen Water units produce a water that has a pH of 2.5. A pH of 2.5 or lower is necessary to kill bacteria, such as salmonella, e. coli and hepatitis.
