Making Time for Wellness
22 01 2007Making time for wellness constitutes more than just drinking Kangen Water, eating well and exercising. It is just as important to devote some time to spiritual wellness. In many people's daily routines, there may not be time to spare for quieting the mind, and releasing pent-up anxieties or worries. Finding an overall balance, physical and spiritual, will help maintain general wellness.
