Kangen Water - Our First Week

I have to tell you that my husband, my daughter and I are really loving our Kangen Water machine!  We are all drinking it every day…first thing in the morning and all
day long.  
   
What is really interesting is that before we got our Kangen Water machine, I shared with my husband what I was learning about Kangen water.  I told him
about the unbelievable water demonstration I saw with a glass each of tap water, bottled water, Sprite, Gatorade and Vodka and by adding Kangen water to them it
alkalized them all right away with the exception of the Sprite, which required about 32 glasses of Kangen water to alkalize it.  I also invited him to listen to a presentation on the
product with Dr. David Carpenter talking about how Kangen water helps people with health problems.

My husband told me he was not impressed at all and that as far as he is concerned,
"water is water".  Well after doing his own taste test with tap water and Kangen
water, his conclusion was that the tap water was cloudy, smelled like chlorine and had a bad aftertaste.  This is the same water we had been drinking everyday.  He said the
Kangen water was fresh, clean and clear, odorless, smooth and tastes really good.

Needless to say he makes sure on his own that he drinks his Kangen water every day.  He loves it. Isn't that amazing!

I have suffered from acne since I was 12 years old and still experience adult acne at
42.  I had some broken out with some large bumps on my chin and a few pimples on
my face.  3 days after drinking the Kangen water and washing my face with the Beauty
water, I noticed that the bumps cleared up and my pores appear smaller.  Even at
one week my face continues to clear up.  In my 2nd week my husband commented that my face has a healthy glow.  Drinking more and more of the Kangen 9.0 and 9.5
I'm feeling more energy and a sense of well being.
   
We use the Strong Kangen water to wash our vegetables, fish and meats and they taste fresh and taste so much better.  We use the Strong Acid water to clean and
disinfect our sink and counters in the kitchen.  Kangen water has so many uses. We're looking forward to many more healthy benefits.  I highly recommend the Kangen

CLINICAL Impovements Obtained From The Intake Of Reduced Water

Extracts from " Presentation At The Eight Annual International Symposium On man And His Environment in Health And Disease" on February 24th 1990, at The Grand Kempinski Hotel, Dalls, Texas, USA by Dr. H. Hayashi, M.D. and Dr. M Kawamura, M.D., on : - (THE CONCEPT OF PREHEPATIC MEDICINES)

Since the introduction of alkaline ionic water in our clinic in 1985, we have had the following interesting clinical experiences in the use of this type of water. By the use of alkaline ionic water for drinking and the preparation of meals for our in-patients, we have noticed :-

  • Declines in blood sugar levels in diabetic patients.
  • Improvements in peripheral circulation in diabetic gangrene.
  • Declines in uric acid levels in patients with gout.
  • Improvements in liver function exams in hepatic disorders.
  • Improvements in gastroduodenal ulcers and prevention of their recurrences.
  • Improvements in hypertension and hypotension.
  • Improvements in allergic disorders such as asthma, urticaria, rhinites and atopic dermatitis.
  • Improvements in persistent diarrhoea which occurred after gastrectomy.
  • Quicker improvements in post operative bower paralysis.
  • Improvements in serum bilirubin levels in new born babies.

Being confirming clinical improvements, we have always observed changes of stools of the patients, with the colour of their feces changing from black-brown colour to a brighter yellow-brown one, and the odour of their feces becoming almost negligible.

The number of patients complaining of constipation also decreased markedly. The change of stool findings strongly suggests that alkaline ionic water intake can decrease the production of putrefied or pathogenic metabolites.

Devices to produce reduced water were introduced into our clinic in May 1985. Based on the clinical experiences obtained in the past 15 years, it can be said that introduction of electrolyzed-reduced water for drinking and cooking purpose for in-patients should be the very prerequisite in our daily medical practices. Any dietary recipe cannot be a scientific one if property of water is not taken by the patients is not taken into consideration.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare in Japan announced in 1965 that the intake of reduced water is effective for restoration of intestinal flora metabolism.

The Advantages of Electrolytic Water — Part Two

Acidic Water – pH4.0 – pH6.5

1)    For boiling pasta – Boils pasta to an “al dente” consistency.  Use Kangen Water for boiling thicker types of pasta.
2)    For cooking beans – Various types of beans, such as kidney beans and green peas, will cook to perfection.  Since using acidic water will speed up cooking time, take care not to over cook.
3)    For washing and preparing fruits and vegetables containing anthocyanins – The vibrant color of various fruits and vegetables such as cherries, plums, grapes, strawberries, red cabbage, eggplants, soy beans, asparagus etc., will not change when washed and prepared with this water.
4)    In batter for fried foods – Fried foods will turn out nice and crispy.  And they will remain crispy, not oily, even when left to sit for an extended period of time.
5)    For boiling eggs – Even if the egg cracks during cooking, the egg yolk will not leak out of the shell into the water.  You will also find that the egg shells peel off very easily.
6)    For frozen foods – Spray foods with acidic water when freezing so that the food, including fish and shrimp, do not lost their flavor when thawed out.
7)    For removing tannin from tea cups and cleaning burned pots and pans – To remove stains, grime and grease, leave to soak in water for 24 hours.
8)    For washing dishes – Dishes and glasses will come out sparkling clean.
9)    For polishing – Polish mirrors, eyeglasses, glass objects and windows, as well as knife sharpeners, to a high sheen.
10)    Housecleaning – Remove dirt from hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, etc., without leaving a sticky residue.
11)    Add to bath water – Add acidic water to your bath water to keep your tub free of bathtub rings.  Bathing in this water warms the body and keeps skin beautiful.
12)    For washing your face – The astringent properties of acidic water are effective in toning and firming your skin.  Pat the skin and leave it to dry.  Also excellent as a toner after shaving.
13)    Hair care – Use instead of rinse after shampooing.  Reduces annoying tangles and brings out a radiant shine.
14)    Use in the rinse cycle of your washing machine – Soaking in acidic water before the spin cycle will soften your clothes.
15)    Pet care – Great for grooming your pet, brush with it to obtain soft and shiny hair.

The Benefits of Kangen Water (pH 8.5 - pH9.5)

Below are listed the many ways Kangen Water can be used on a daily basis:

1) Use as drinking water — drink 2-3 cups of Kangen Water first thing in the morning. Compared to tap water, Kangen Water has no unpleasant odor, tastes lighter, and has a pleasantly sweet taste.

2) To prevent hangovers, drink before going to bed — drink 2-3 cups to reduce the symptoms of hangovers.

3) For drinking during mealtimes — it is important to include vegetables in your diet, when eating substantial amounts of acidic foods such as egg yolk, white rice, chicken, pork and beef.  Drinking alkaline Kangen Water is equally important because it balances the acidic and alkaline effects of these foods.

4) Use when brewing green tea, coffee, and English tea, to obtain wonderfully mild flavor and improved color.

            – Green tea: Prevents tannin in the tea, and brews the tea with a rich color. Eliminates the bitter aftertaste common in teas. The teas are delicious even when served cold.

            – Coffee: Improves aroma and color, while preserving the naturally acidic taste of coffee.  You can obtain a full, rich taste, even when using only half the usual amount of coffee beans.

            – English tea: For mild taste and rich color.

5) Add Kangen Water to whiskey, for a smoother, milder flavor.  Make ice cubes with Kangen Water, as well. Whiskey is a strong acidic liquor, but diluting it with alkaline Kangen Water, (with its alkaline properties), will help prevent hangovers.

6) Use heated Kangen Water when diluting beer, sake and other spirits — Depending on the amount of beer, add about 5-20% Kangen Water.  The beer will seem milder, but not lose it taste.

7) When preparing soups, Kangen Water draws out the flavor of the soup stock, even when very little seasoning is used.  Prepare a delicious soup with Kangen Water.  Its dissolving property draws out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

8) Add to seasonings and condiments — maintain the delicate flavor of soy sauce and other highly seasoned sauces by removing one-third to our-fourth of the usual amount by diluting with Kangen Water.

9) Pre-boil vegetables to enhance the flavor of the dish — use to enhance the flavor of burdock, onions, bamboo shoots, etc., by pre-boiling.

10) Blanch green vegetables — Blanching spinach, string beans, broccoli and other green vegetables in Kangen water will preserve the vibrant green color of these vegetable.

11) Leave liver and other meats to soak in Kangen Water — if you leave liver, mutton, and other meats which have a bad odor to soak 20-30 minutes, it will drain off blood and reduce strong smells.

12) Boiled foods — the natural flavor of the ingredients will be drawn out and they will cook to tender consistency.  Make sure to reduce the amount of seasoning, as less seasoning is required when using Kangen Water.

13) Heat conduction — Kangen Water improves the conduction of heat, cutting down on cooking time, and lowering your utility bills.  Take care not to overcook as your dish will be done more quickly than usual.

14) Use to water both plants and flowers (Extends the freshness and life of the plants, also restores the health of sick plants.  Use pH 9.0) — Take note that certain varieties of flowering plants, trees and shrubs, such as roses and blueberries, favor and acidic environment.  For such plants, spray the stem, or water the plant with a solution which has been diluted by 300%.

15) Watering to germinate seeds — Kangen Water stimulates germination and improves seedling development.

16) As drinking water for animals and pets — Your animals' health will improve dramatically.  Unpleasant body odor will decrease, as well as the odor of feces and urine.

17) For dyeing — excellent for dyeing clothing, as well as other craft projects.  You will love the vibrant colors obtained when using this water.

18) To maintain good health — through continuous use, the acidic tendency of your body can be gradually corrected to an alkaline constitution.  Improvement of health: drink at least 2 liters a day in order to gradually change an acidic constitution to a slightly alkaline constitution.

            Calcium: Continued use will replenish your calcium levels.  Helps to reduce irritability, and improves the general health of children.

            Colon cleansing: Warm the water to body temperature and use colon cleansing unit to remove accumulated debris and waste.

Other uses: Slows down aging, stabilizes body temperature — One theory is that this water reduces free radicals.  Recently, this water has been acclaimed as "Free Radical Water."
