NOT SUITABLE AS DRINKING WATER

At a pH value of greater than pH11, the redox potential of strong Kangen water is within the -700mV to -850mV range. Strong Kangen Water contains a very small amount of sodium hydroxide, which improves cleaning power. In order to maximize disinfectant property, wash with Strong Kangen Water before using strong acidic water.
·    Removes the proteins an fats which are the cause of bacterial growth
·    Good for rinsing fresh fish
